Our facilities

An important part of providing a good service is having good tools and equipment. Some conditions and emergencies require immediate answers and responses. We have computer systems that allowing us fast access to your pet's records. We also have the benefit of fast communication links to resources and skills at our London-based, sister veterinary surgeries.

Laboratory

At our Bruton surgery we have our own in-house laboratory facility, including a Vettest Biochemistry machine, a Microhemetocrit and microscope that enables us to process blood, urine and skin samples on site. We can also check for parasites. To complement our own in-house laboratory we also use external laboratories when more specialised tests are required.

X-ray

Our in-house x-ray facilities are invaluable to us. It helps us to reach or confirm a diagnosis quickly and accurately to enable fast and accurate decisions.

Dental equipment

The practice has its own Ultrasonic dental equipment and high speed dental drill which allows us to provide dental care for your pets.

Other equipment

We also have on site a blood pressure monitoring equipment, ultrasound, glucometer (for diabetic patients) and an IV infusion pump.
