Stewart Halperin BVM&S MRCVS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stewart graduated in Veterinary Science from the University of Edinburgh in 1992 and completing an Internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the University of Guelph Ontario Veterinary College, Canada. After working for some time in referral and emergency veterinary clinics in London, he started his own practice, now comprising of five surgeries in West London. In addition to acting as Director for the London-based surgeries, he is delighted to own Bruton Veterinary Surgery, having moved to the town in 2009. Stewart is a Director of the London Veterinary Forum which represents and advises some 250 Veterinary Surgeries in many aspects of Practice. He regularly attends continuing professional education courses, both in the UK and abroad, to keep abreast of changes and developments in veterinary medicine. Stewart lives with Nicola, his daughter Honey and their naughty english springer spaniel, Coco.

 

Charlotte Hilleary BVM&S MRCVS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charlotte qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon from the University of Edinburgh in 2002 and completed an Internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the University of Edinburgh. Having worked for the PDSA animal charity in Glasgow she then moved to manage a large veterinary practice in Wiltshire for five years. Charlotte joined us here at Bruton Veterinary Surgery in August 2010. At home she and her husband have numerous pets, including two horses, two dogs, chickens, ducks, sheep and pigs!

 

Louise Driscoll RVN

 

Louise has been working in veterinary practices since 1999 and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2003 at Langport Veterinary Care Centre, where she later became Head Nurse. Louise joined Bruton Vets in 2007 as Head Nurse, and is a trained Hills Nutritional Advisor, a PetPlan Insurance Advisor and Clinical Coach. Louise is responsible for the smooth running of the practice and the various pet care clinics. Louise and her husband spend most of their time walking their very energetic Vizsla, Gena, and being bossed around by their two cats, Charles and Vinnie.

 

Amy Puplett ANA

 

Amy has been working at the Bruton Veterinary Surgery since 2009. During her time with us she has qualified (with Distinction) as an Animal Nursing Assistant. Amy is currently training to become a qualified Veterinary Nurse, which she will complete in 2012. While not at work or studying, Amy enjoys schooling and hacking on her horse Pagan. She also has a springer spaniel x collie, called Sinjin and a rabbit named Pebble.
